Forty eight hours prior to guest arrivals we will coordinate with the resort/vessel to reconfirm the bookings and transfers, any discrepancies in the clients bookings will be noted to the agent and the resort prior to guests arrival. Our airport representative will be there to greet our clients with a warm welcome to the Maldives. Guests will be provided with a 24 hour hotline number to a representative, whom they can contact for assistance during their stay. At the end of their stay we will reconfirm client’s airline ticket for onward travel.
